The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to town and the train station. The homemade hoppers at breakfast were a delicious treat. The property had a lovely terrace but lacked some safety features and hot water. Needed improvements in customer service and room amenities.

The location for Ella was peaceful, very close to the train station, the surrounding jungle, and restaurants and shopping. It also was by nature. The breakfast had a wide array of coffee, fruit juice, toast, pancakes, and eggs.

The room was reasonably large. I loved the room, the bed was comfy. The personnel was affable and helpful, doing their best to assist. The location was top and quiet, specially it was near a train station which was useful.

The rooms here have great showers, a wide selection of breakfast options like toast and eggs, and a perfect location with friendly staff.
